Jay Rank (BAUP 02/MUP 08) and Charlotte Obodzinski, AICP (BAUP 07/MUP 08), alongside 30 other leaders in public transportation graduated from a year-long leadership program through the American Public Transportation Association (APTA). The graduating class was recognized at the APTA Honors Luncheon in Boston on September 16th, 2025, during the APTA TRANSform conference.
