Prof. Chakraborty’s UP546 Land Use Policy and Planning class made a visit to Peoria, IL recently. Students met with local and regional planners and toured recent planning efforts in the area.

Land Use Policy and Planning class visits Peoria, IL

Students visited the Peoria Innovation Alliance to hear about Peoria’s history and heard about a range of ongoing projects at the Tri-County Regional Planning Commission. Presenters included some Planning at Illinois alums, Reema Abi-Akar and Gabriel Guevara.
